Born out of a sheer love of holidays, decorating and creating memorable events, Debbie Kennedy is the award winning designer behind Sugar Plum Designs.  With over 15 years experience as a Party/Event Stylist and a Designer in the seasonal decorating arena,  Debbie  brings passion, fun, creativity, and design to every project.
