RULES AND REGULATIONS

• No purchase required to win.
• One entry per couple. To enter, go online to www.finestweddingsites.com and fill out entry completely or if form is received at Bridal Show, fill out all information.
• Mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
• You must be 18 years of age and a resident of Arizona to enter. You cannot be an employee or relative of Arizona's Finest Wedding Sites Magazine, Villa Siena, or any participating vendor.
• The winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or before February 14, 2007.
• The winner will be notified by mail by February 28, 2007. Prize must be claimed within two weeks of notification.
• If the prize isn't claimed, it will be awarded in a second drawing among all entries received.
• The prize is not transferable to any other person nor is it redeemable for monetary value.
• All taxes and tips are the responsibility of the winner. The winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the rules.
• Villa Siena and Arizona's Finest Wedding Sites Magazine reserve the right to use the winner's name and photographs for publicity purposes.
• All local, state and federal laws and regulations apply.
• All entries must be received by Febrauray 1, 2007. The Waterfront and Arizona's Finest Wedding Sites Magazine are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or stolen entries.
• The wedding package is for a maximum of 75 guests.
• Ceremony fee of $500.00 and reception fee of $4,000.00 is included.
• Liquor package is limited to three drinks per guest. Tax and gratuity not included.
• The three wedding dates are Valentine's Day, February 14, 2008 or a Friday in July or August, if available.
• The Wedding must take place within one year of the drawing.
• No substitution for the prize is allowed. Vendors may change in case of emergency.
• Winners may choose to upgrade the wedding package with Villa Siena or with any vendor at their own expense.
• A winner will be posted on the website by March 15, 2007. A second prize winner will also be posted for the Gift Certificate of $300.00.
